December 14, 2014: NSF Innovation Corps Program Completed

The National Science Foundation ("NSF") has a program called the NSF Innovation Corps, or "I-Corps" for short, whose purpose is to strengthen the innovation ecosystem. The iCorps provides education and support to scientists and engineers, which enables them to commercialize their research. I-Corps teams of academic researchers, student entreprenurs, and business mentors participate in the I-Corps curriculum.

I recently completed the I-Corps curriculum while mentoring a team from Ursinus College. See the 8/22/2014 post “National Science Foundation Innovation Corps Grant Award” for more information on our team and NSF grant. I look forward to a continuing role as a mentor to help young entrepreneurs start their businesses.
